This session will focus on counsel’s legal and ethical duties concerning reaffirmation agreements, covering everything from pre-petition responsibilities to representing the Debtor at the reaffirmation hearing.  The session will also cover many of the current issues related to the reaffirmation process, including an overview of the cases and practical advice related to vehicle, vehicle lease and mortgage reaffirmations, as well as reaffirmation alternatives and ride-through.
