Discharging Taxes in Bankruptcy

The presentation will cover the basics for determining the dischargeability of taxes in bankruptcy.  This will include an overview on classifying tax liabilities, a review of tax filing requirements and the impact of tolling events. There will also be a short demonstration on how to read a tax transcript.
